Ruleauthors Rule Set

The rule authors ruleset provides rules that ensures good practices when writing detekt rules

RequiresTypeResolution​

If a rule uses bindingContext should be annotated with @RequiresTypeResolution. And if it doesn't it shouldn't be annotated with it.
